BioMetal

BioMetal uses a horizontal scrolling view across seven stages. The objective is to guide the fighter from left to right, destroy formations and obstacles, collect weapon power-ups, and defeat each stage boss. The ship fires continuously while the player adjusts its position and manages the E.C. system. The shield can be positioned around the fighter to block enemy shots, but its energy is limited. Progress depends on preserving defensive energy, keeping useful weapon upgrades, and learning the attack patterns at the end of each stage. The game is designed for one player and does not provide a character-selection campaign.

Keep the fighter near the center of the screen until an enemy pattern requires a deliberate move. Use the E.C. shield for dense volleys and dangerous crossings rather than leaving it exposed against isolated shots. Prioritize survival over chasing every power-up. Learn the timing of each boss's projectile sequence, and enter boss encounters with as much defensive energy and weapon strength as possible. Memorizing terrain and enemy-entry points is more reliable than reacting late to crowded screens.

Use the E.C. shield against concentrated fire, not single harmless shots.

Do not sacrifice the fighter to collect a weapon power-up in a dangerous position.

Study boss patterns and stage layouts after each failed attempt.
