Probotector

The game uses a side-scrolling perspective and takes players through 8 stages. You can run, jump, crouch, and fire while collecting weapon capsules that change your shot pattern, including spread shots, lasers, and homing fire. Some stages shift into vertical scrolling or fixed-format combat, with dense enemy waves and strict collision rules. Progress depends on learning enemy spawn points, platform timing, and how the weapon-loss system affects survivability. Co-op play makes the action more chaotic but also more manageable with coordinated positioning.

Try to keep a weapon that fits the current stage instead of constantly changing pickups. Spread-style weapons are safer for crowd control, while direct-fire weapons are better for bosses. Crouching reduces exposure and can help you survive dense bullet patterns. In co-op, keep pace with your partner so the screen does not push one player into danger.

Tips and tricks

• Crouch whenever possible to reduce your hitbox against low shots.
• Wait for a safe moment before grabbing weapon capsules.
• On boss fights, clear support enemies first if they threaten your movement.
