Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All

The game is structured into case-based chapters split between investigation and courtroom phases. During investigations, players explore locations, talk to witnesses, and collect evidence by selecting dialogue and scene hotspots. In court, you present evidence, press testimony, and expose contradictions in witness statements. The Nintendo DS version uses dual screens and touch controls, with evidence management and case notes supporting deduction-heavy progression through each trial.

Phoenix Wright

The rookie defense attorney and the player's main character, relying on logic and persistence to win cases.

Maya Fey

Phoenix's assistant, a spirit medium who helps with investigations and adds emotional support.

Franziska von Karma

A prodigy prosecutor who debuts in this game and challenges Phoenix with relentless pressure.

Miles Edgeworth

One of the series' main prosecutors, returning for key legal confrontations.

Read each testimony carefully before pressing or presenting evidence. In investigation segments, exhaust all dialogue options and revisit locations after new revelations, since fresh lines often unlock critical clues. For Psyche-Locks, gather background information first and then break the locks with the right evidence and conversation threads. When stuck in court, compare the exact wording of statements against the evidence log and timeline.

Tips and tricks

• Group evidence by case theme so contradictions are easier to spot in court.
• Pay close attention to dates, locations, and counts of people mentioned in testimony.
• Psyche-Lock scenes usually require prior conversation progress before the right evidence becomes useful.
