Micro Machines

The game uses a top-down racing view with tiny cars speeding through domestic and outdoor settings. Players steer, accelerate, and brake through tight corners, narrow lanes, and risky edges. Some events are single-lap sprints while others use multi-stage or elimination-style competition. Falling off the track or getting trapped costs valuable time, so maintaining clean lines matters. The SNES version supports solo play against the CPU and multiplayer via the Multi-Tap accessory.

Learning each course is more important than raw speed. Stay centered whenever possible to avoid getting stuck on table edges, pencils, and other obstacles. Enter tight turns with controlled braking instead of abrupt steering. In multiplayer, inside lines and smart bumping can be more effective than aggressive passing attempts.
