Mystical Fighter

The game uses side-scrolling action stages where the player moves left and right, jumps across gaps and platforms, and attacks enemies with a sword. Ryu's weapon can transform through the Spirit Orb system, changing attack power and behavior when powered up. Stages mix ground enemies, flying foes, traps, and platforming sections, with progression leading linearly from one area to the next. Timing, spacing, and smart use of weapon upgrades are key to survival.

Learn the attack patterns of basic enemies and avoid getting trapped on narrow platforms. Try to collect Spirit Orbs whenever possible, since weapon upgrades greatly improve crowd control and boss damage. Against airborne enemies, clear the biggest threat first before advancing. In boss fights, keep moving and punish openings after enemy attacks instead of rushing in.
