Super Double Dragon

This is a side-scrolling beat 'em up played across 8 stages. You move through urban levels while fighting waves of melee and weapon-wielding enemies. Billy and Jimmy can punch, kick, throw, guard, and use picked-up weapons, and the combat system encourages timing and spacing rather than constant button mashing. Environmental layouts include narrow corridors, stairs, and platform changes, and each stage ends with a boss encounter. Progress is linear, with survival and enemy management being the main challenge.

Focus on disarming or eliminating weapon users first, especially in tight spaces. Learn the throw timing, since throws are one of the safest ways to interrupt enemy pressure. Against bosses, stay patient, watch for their opening animations, and punish after attacks instead of trading hits. Use weapons to clear groups, but don't rely on them for every fight.
