Races are presented in a compact handheld format with an emphasis on corner entry speed, braking, and drift control. Players challenge AI opponents on mountain routes, aiming to finish first or beat a rival in head-to-head events. Success depends on learning each course’s rhythm, maintaining momentum through turns, and correcting the car smoothly after slides. Progress typically unlocks new opponents and stages.

Brake before the corner, not in the middle of it, so you can keep momentum through the apex. Use controlled, shallow drifts instead of large slides that kill speed. On uphill sections, avoid oversteering and keep the car settled for better acceleration out of turns. Learning the layout of each course is the biggest advantage, especially in sequences of consecutive hairpins.
