The game uses a top-down vertical scrolling perspective. You control a P-38 Lightning across continuously advancing stages, moving with the directional input and firing standard shots plus powered-up weapons collected from item drops. Fuel is a key resource: it drains over time and must be replenished by destroying enemies and collecting supply items, or your aircraft will be lost. Stages mix air battles, naval assaults, coastal defenses, and boss fights, requiring constant movement, item collection, and careful positioning under heavy fire.
