The game uses simple left-right movement and single-shot firing. The player must dodge enemy shots, use shields as temporary cover, and clear rows of aliens before they reach the bottom. As enemies are eliminated, the remaining invaders speed up, making each wave more dangerous. Scoring comes from destroying aliens, with pressure increasing as the formation thins out.
