Mario Clash

The game is played from a side-view perspective across stages built on two depth planes. Mario moves left and right, jumps, and throws Koopa shells to defeat enemies or trigger chain clears. Success depends on switching between foreground and background platforms, reading enemy positions, and managing limited space while completing each stage’s defeat conditions. Later stages increase the pace and enemy complexity.

An aerial enemy that appears in higher areas and adds pressure to the stage.

Learn the depth layout first, because misjudging the foreground and background can lead to easy hits. Use shells strategically by luring enemies into tight clusters before throwing them. When flying or high-positioned enemies appear, clear nearby threats first so you always have room to maneuver. Staying near the center of the stage often makes it easier to react to both layers.

Tips and tricks

• Once you get used to the depth effect, aiming becomes much more reliable.
• Always check which layer a shell will bounce into before throwing it.
• When enemies start to swarm, protect your movement space first.
