Puzzle Bobble 2 / Bust-A-Move Again

The game uses a single-screen playfield where players shoot bubbles upward from the bottom. Matching three or more of the same color clears them, and unsupported bubbles drop away. Angled shots off the side walls are essential for reaching awkward spaces and setting up chain reactions. In single-player, progress comes from clearing a sequence of stages with increasingly dense formations. In versus play, quick clears and larger combos create pressure on the opponent, making planning as important as accuracy.

Focus on the support points underneath large groups instead of clearing the surface one bubble at a time. If you break the anchor, the whole hanging section drops. Always check your next bubble and plan at least one or two moves ahead. Use bank shots to reach sealed corners and narrow gaps. In versus matches, building a chain is usually stronger than taking a small immediate clear, especially when the board starts to fill near the bottom.
