Powered Gear: Strategic Variant Armor Equipment

The game uses a side-scrolling perspective where players guide SVA units through linear stages filled with enemy machines. Combat mixes melee strikes, ranged weapons, throws, and part-specific attacks. Arms, shoulders, and other components can be swapped during play, changing range, damage, and combo flow. Stages feature regular enemies, environmental hazards, and large mechanical bosses, with progression moving stage by stage to the ending.

Learn the reach and recovery of each weapon type early, especially the difference between heavy melee parts and safer ranged arms. Save high-damage equipment for armored elites and bosses. In co-op, one player should control crowds while the other focuses on priority targets. Against bosses, avoid overcommitting after knockdowns and use movement to bait wide attacks before punishing.
