Wily & Light no Rockboard - That's Paradise (Japan)

Players take turns moving around a single board, purchasing available properties and developing them to increase their income. Landing on occupied spaces can trigger payments, while special spaces and events alter the balance of a match. The objective is to outlast or financially defeat the other players. Character selection, property ownership, upgrades, and careful use of money determine progression; this is a board-game contest rather than a sequence of Mega Man action stages.

Protect cash for unavoidable payments instead of spending every turn on development. Prioritize properties that opponents are likely to visit repeatedly, then upgrade connected or high-traffic areas when the expected income justifies the cost. Track each opponent's funds before making an aggressive purchase. A strong property is less useful if it leaves you unable to pay a landing fee or respond to an event.
