Knights of Valour Plus

The game uses a side-scrolling action format in which players guide a warrior through multi-stage levels, defeating regular enemies, elite troops, and stage bosses. Each character has normal attacks, jump attacks, command or charge specials, and can pick up weapons and consumables. Combos build from repeated hits, while some stages include destructible objects, hidden routes, and scripted events that advance the story between fights.

Zhao Yun

A fast, mobile fighter with quick melee pressure and evasive movement.

Guan Yu

A heavy-hitting warrior with wide attack coverage and solid control.

Zhang Fei

Excels at close-range burst damage and crowd suppression.

Huang Zhong

A versatile mid-range fighter with strong spacing tools.

Zhuge Liang

Uses ranged and area attacks to handle dense enemy groups.

Learn each character's attack rhythm and open fights with jump-ins or broad-area specials to avoid getting surrounded. Against grab-type enemies, keep moving and use weapons or pickups to speed up crowd control. Save a strong special for emergencies or boss pressure, and divide roles in co-op to make the run more stable.

Tips and tricks

• Use stage weapons and recovery items whenever possible; they greatly reduce difficulty.
• When facing groups, bait enemies out before committing to offense.
• Keep one powerful special in reserve for emergency escapes, especially in narrow areas.
