Falsion

Falsion presents a forward-moving space-combat view with enemies and obstacles entering the play area. The objective is to destroy hostile targets, stay clear of collisions and projectiles, and reach the end of each stage without exhausting the available lives. The Famicom controller is used to move the fighter and fire its weapon. Stages culminate in larger enemy encounters, and the game’s difficulty comes from recognizing attack patterns while keeping the ship positioned safely. The 3D effect is a display option tied to the Famicom 3D System rather than a separate game mode.

Stay near the center of the play area until an enemy pattern is clear, then make short movements rather than crossing through several incoming threats. When using the Famicom 3D System, adjust the glasses or disable the effect if overlapping sprites become difficult to read; surviving the pattern is more important than maintaining the visual effect. Use deliberate firing against large targets and avoid chasing enemies into the edges of the screen. Because Falsion is built around repeated attack patterns and limited lives, learning the order and timing of each stage is more reliable than making constant movements.
