Double Dragon

The game uses side-scrolling stages where the player advances by defeating all enemies in an area. Billy and Jimmy can punch, kick, jump, grab, and throw foes, while temporary weapons such as bats or whips boost damage. As the game progresses, new techniques like the spinning kick and uppercut become available. The NES version is primarily a single-player campaign focused on rescuing Marian within limited lives and continues.

• Check weapon reach and timing before committing to a weapon against stronger opponents.
