Avatar: The Last Airbender

The game combines side-scrolling exploration with combat, platforming, and light puzzle solving. In selected stages, players switch between characters to use Aang’s air-based abilities, Katara’s water skills, and Sokka’s melee tools to overcome obstacles and enemies. The DS version uses buttons and touch input for actions, interactions, and puzzle mechanics, while progression is chapter-based and unlocks new areas and abilities as the story advances.

Study enemy attack patterns and use spacing to stay safe before engaging. Switch characters whenever a stage presents a barrier or mechanism that matches a specific elemental ability. In boss fights, clear supporting enemies first and wait for safe openings rather than rushing in. Hidden paths and breakable objects often contain helpful pickups, so explore each stage carefully.
