The game uses a side-scrolling perspective with a ship that can maneuver freely and hover in place, making momentum control a key part of play. Each stage asks the player to locate stranded astronauts, approach them safely, and collect them while surviving enemy ships, turrets, and environmental hazards. Progress is stage-based, and later levels add denser enemy patterns and more complicated layouts, so learning routes and timing becomes increasingly important.

Learn the ship's braking and turning behavior first, since stable movement matters more than raw speed during rescues. Clear nearby threats before moving in on an astronaut to reduce collision risk. When surrounded, use small corrective movements instead of long rushes through enemy fire. In later stages, memorizing spawn points helps far more than improvising under pressure.
