Refuel checkpoints and high-speed pursuit segments break up the combat and demand precise movement.

Stay near the center of the screen so incoming enemies and missiles are easier to track. Use the machine gun for close targets and save missiles for distant or evasive foes. During refuel segments, make only small adjustments to avoid missing the tanker. Against larger targets, focus on survival first and attack during clear firing windows.
