Aim the targeting reticle from the cockpit, destroy incoming fighters, turrets, and larger vessels, and survive a sequence of forward-scrolling combat encounters. The game is an on-rails shooter: the route is largely fixed, so success depends on target priority, reaction time, and conserving opportunities to avoid damage.

Destroy projectiles and enemies that are closest to firing first, sweep the reticle rather than chasing one target too long, and learn which large targets expose weak points. Practise the opening route until the first waves are predictable, then focus on accuracy and damage avoidance for the later set pieces.
