Hit the Ice

Each match uses a three-player team on a single ice rink. The objective is to outscore the opposing side before time expires, using skating, passing, shooting, and physical contact to create openings. The camera follows the rink from a broad overhead perspective, allowing both teams to remain visible during attacks. Players advance through matches by selecting a side and competing in the available game modes. The game emphasizes immediate arcade action instead of season management, statistical simulation, or cartridge-based progression. One SNES console supports local multiplayer when additional controllers are connected.

Keep the puck moving instead of carrying it through the entire rink. A quick pass can pull a defender away and create a clearer shooting lane for the teammate nearest the goal. Use physical contact to disrupt an attacker, but do not abandon the slot in front of your own net. In multiplayer, assign one player to protect the goal area while the others pressure the puck carrier.
