Move through the story stages, investigate objects, solve touch-screen puzzles, and use the different abilities available to Lyra and her allies. The handheld version combines platforming and exploration with short interactions that advance the film-based narrative.

Strategy
Check the surroundings for a usable object before forcing a jump, read the current objective, and switch to the ability that matches the obstacle. Use a save before a major encounter or puzzle, and replay a completed route for missed objects rather than rushing the first attempt.
