Future Cop: L.A.P.D.

The game uses a third-person, behind-the-vehicle perspective. The X1-Alpha can switch between a quick pursuit mode for mobility and a mech mode for heavier firepower and sturdier defense. Missions usually revolve around eliminating enemies, defending targets, escorting units, or holding zones under pressure. Resource and weapon management matter, since the two forms serve different purposes and switching at the right moment is key to survival. Beyond the campaign, the game also features a tactical battle mode focused on control points and base pressure.

X1-Alpha

The player-controlled police combat machine, capable of switching between a fast hover pursuit form and a heavier mech form.

Use pursuit mode to reposition quickly, avoid heavy fire, and chase exposed targets. Switch to mech mode when you need to hold ground, destroy strong enemies, or survive in tight spaces. In missions with turrets and armored opponents, clear the most dangerous threats first and avoid overcommitting in the open. In the strategy mode, prioritize key control points and keep pressure on enemy production paths.
