Weapons can suppress threats, but the main challenge is choosing safe approach routes, managing altitude, and conserving fuel. Later missions increase enemy density and environmental risk, demanding cleaner flight lines and faster rescue cycles.

Clear enemies around the landing zone before touching down whenever possible. Keep your flight path smooth and avoid sharp altitude changes that can cause collisions in tight terrain. If a stage allows it, weaken gun emplacements and vehicles first, then rescue hostages in smaller batches to reduce the danger on the return trip.
