Bloody Roar

Matches are one-on-one fights in a 3D arena. Players use standard attacks, guards, throws, dodges, and movement to control space and create openings. A power gauge enables beast transformation, which enhances offense and can alter move properties. Each character has unique normals and specials, and matches are won by depleting the opponent's life bar. Good spacing, timing, and transformation management are central to success.

Learn how your character changes in beast form and save transformation for high-value moments. Against heavy hitters, use movement and punishment rather than trading blows. Against fast opponents, stay disciplined with defense and interrupt their pressure with quick counters. If your character has reliable launchers or throws, convert openings into damage consistently.
