Learn weapon spawn locations and use explosive scenery to your advantage whenever possible. Against strong enemies, keep moving and break line of sight with cover. Mid- to long-range fighting is usually safer than constant ramming, unless you clearly control the engagement. For objective-based stages, complete the mission goal first and then clean up remaining opponents.
