The game uses a side-view football presentation with direct control over players during offensive and defensive snaps. On offense, you choose between running, passing, and blocking-based plays; on defense, you switch between defenders to stop runs, pressure the quarterback, or intercept passes. Season mode tracks records, injuries, and player stats, and roster availability changes as the season progresses.
