Strider

The game uses a side-scrolling structure with fast-paced stage progression. Hiryu can run, jump, cling to walls, and slash enemies with the Cypher, which gives the combat a strong melee focus. Levels mix platforming hazards, infantry, aerial foes, and large boss encounters. Progress is linear, but surviving each stage depends on movement control, timing, and learning enemy patterns.

Grandmaster Meio

The main antagonist who commands the enemy army and threatens the world.

Learn to use wall-climbing and air movement to avoid damage and reposition quickly. Keep moving whenever possible, because standing still makes you an easy target for gunfire and projectiles. Prioritize enemies that spawn in groups, and save safe openings for bosses instead of attacking recklessly.

• Wall-climbing is one of your best defensive tools.
• Use jump attacks to deal with airborne enemies efficiently.
