Lethal Weapon

The game uses a side-scrolling perspective with progression through a sequence of action stages. You move left and right, jump, attack in melee, and use picked-up weapons or items to handle tougher threats. Most stages focus on clearing waves of enemies before advancing, while some sections add platform gaps, pursuit sequences, or short shooting-style moments. Movement, spacing, and timing matter more than complex combos, and progress is driven by stage completion and remaining lives.

Prioritize ranged enemies and foes that can swarm you from both sides. Use jumping and spacing to avoid getting pinned in narrow areas, and punish enemies after they whiff attacks or recover. Save any throwable weapons for elite enemies or bosses whenever possible. In crowded encounters, short safe hits are better than long strings that leave you open.

• Try to herd enemies to one side so you do not get attacked from behind.
• Keep any powerful pickup for tougher enemies or boss fights.
