Crime City

The game is a side-scrolling beat 'em up in which players move through streets, interiors, and criminal hideouts while fighting waves of enemies. Characters can punch, kick, grab, throw, and jump attack, and they can pick up weapons left on the ground. Each stage mixes mob encounters with boss fights, and failure comes from losing all lives or running out of time. Progress is linear, with optional two-player cooperation in supported versions, making positioning and crowd control essential.

One of the vigilante cops, focused on close-range combat and pressure.

Rick

The partner cop who joins Mark in cleaning up the city's violent streets.

Deal with ranged and weapon-throwing enemies first so they do not disrupt your movement. Use corners and narrow passages to reduce the number of opponents that can surround you. Pick up weapons whenever possible to clear regular enemies faster. Against bosses, keep moving, wait for their attack recovery, and avoid overcommitting to long strings.

Tips and tricks

• Use jumping attacks to break into enemy groups, then continue with ground combos.
• Save stronger weapons for crowded sections or durable enemies.
• When surrounded, move in one direction to reduce the angles of incoming hits.
