Bubble Bobble Part 2

The game uses side-scrolling action with mostly single-screen stages. Players move, jump, and fire bubbles to trap enemies, then burst or stomp the bubbles to defeat them. Many stages include items, hidden routes, and shifting platforms, and clear conditions often require eliminating all enemies or meeting a specific objective. As stages progress, enemy patterns become more aggressive, so timing, route planning, and bubble placement matter more.

Bub

One of the series' main heroes, using bubbles to trap enemies and progress through stages.

Bob

The other main hero, with similar abilities and playable in the adventure.

Girlfriends

The kidnapped rescue targets the player must save during the journey.

Learn enemy movement patterns first and try to corner them before trapping them in bubbles. On more vertical or jump-heavy stages, plan your landing spots before attacking so you do not block your own route. Watch for item spawns and keep one side of the screen open as an emergency escape lane.

Tips and tricks

• Do not chase a full clear too aggressively; always keep an exit path open.
• Use bubbles as temporary platforms only after checking the timing carefully.
• Against fast enemies, create distance first, then trap them for better control.
