Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

The game is divided into investigation and courtroom segments across four main cases. During investigations, players search environments, talk to characters, and collect evidence using menus and touch controls. In court, testimony is broken down line by line, and contradictions are exposed by presenting the correct evidence at the right moment. The new Perceive mechanic highlights nervous physical cues during testimony, adding another layer to witness examination. Progress is mostly linear, with key scenes unlocked by completing the necessary evidence checks and dialogue steps.

Examine every hotspot in an investigation area before leaving, and revisit older locations after major story developments. In court, pay close attention to exact wording, especially dates, movements, and who saw what. If a testimony feels slippery, try saving your Perceive uses for moments when a witness’s nervous behavior is most obvious. When stuck, re-read the latest evidence descriptions and compare them against the current statement line by line.

Tips and tricks

• Thorough investigation reduces trial errors later.
• Small wording differences often hide the key contradiction.
