The game is viewed from behind Jack as the road continually carries him toward the horizon. Move left or right across the track, jump to clear gaps and obstacles, and fire at enemies before they reach his path. The apparent depth makes distance and timing harder to judge than in a conventional side-scrolling platformer. The campaign is divided into successive worlds and courses rather than a freely explored map. Reaching the end of a course advances the run; collisions and missed jumps cost lives, while shooting threats helps keep the route clear and adds to the score. Later sections combine hazards more aggressively and demand quicker reactions.

Notes
- Jack automatically advances toward the horizon; the D-pad does not directly control forward movement.

Characters
Jack
The World Runner controlled by the player. He races across hostile worlds, jumps over hazards, and uses a forward-firing weapon against enemies.
Strategy
Treat the road as a set of lanes and begin moving before an obstacle reaches the foreground. The pseudo-3D perspective can hide how much time remains, so use the horizon and the obstacle’s apparent size to judge distance. - Stay near the center when the route is clear, giving yourself room to dodge in either direction. - Start jumps early enough to clear the full gap, but avoid jumping blindly when an enemy may be waiting on the landing area. - Fire at approaching enemies before focusing on the next obstacle; surviving is more important than chasing every score opportunity. - Learn recurring hazard patterns and use each lost life to improve timing rather than making large, late movements.
