The game uses a side-scrolling perspective with progression through a sequence of action stages. You move left and right, jump, attack in melee, and use picked-up weapons or items to handle tougher threats. Most stages focus on clearing waves of enemies before advancing, while some sections add platform gaps, pursuit sequences, or short shooting-style moments. Movement, spacing, and timing matter more than complex combos, and progress is driven by stage completion and remaining lives.
