Conserve ammunition whenever possible and avoid unnecessary fights by slipping past normal zombies. Keep your inventory organized around save rooms and item boxes, and use key items quickly so slots stay open. Stay at long range against Lickers and Tyrant-type enemies, and learn enemy placements so you can move safely through narrow corridors.

Finishing the main campaign can unlock bonus weapons, extra scenarios, or mini-modes depending on the version and rank.
