Learn to alternate between melee and firearms efficiently. Use ranged weapons to thin out dangerous groups before finishing enemies up close to conserve ammunition. Break containers and inspect side areas for ammo, coins, and healing items. Pay attention to elevation changes and suspicious walls, since some secrets require later weapons or a return visit. Before boss fights, refill life bottles and save your strongest weapons for exposed weak points.
