Medal of Honor: Infiltrator

Progress is mission-based, starting with frontline combat before shifting into behind-the-lines infiltration and sabotage. The game alternates between overhead/third-person action and first-person shooting: open battlefield sections emphasize movement, aiming, and dodging fire, while base missions focus more on navigation, stealth, and target elimination. Players begin with a default weapon that has infinite ammo, but stronger guns can be bought or picked up and have limited ammunition. Health starts at 100 and drops when taking damage, with medkits, armor, and helmets helping you survive. Clearing the story unlocks additional modes, including survival-style challenge play.

Use the infinite-ammo starter weapon to handle weaker enemies and save limited-ammo weapons for heavy resistance, fixed guns, and armored targets. In base sections, move carefully and clear one patrol at a time instead of rushing into open rooms. Pick up health items, armor, and helmets whenever possible, especially before larger encounters. Learn when to retreat and reposition, since taking unnecessary damage quickly makes later missions much harder.

Complete all 15 story missions to unlock Survival mode.

Max GI mode keeps missions continuous and prevents health recovery after taking a base.

Tips and tricks

• Keep your strongest weapons for bosses, turrets, and other high-threat enemies.
• Use cover and angle your approach to avoid drawing too many enemies at once.
• Grab healing items early; small mistakes snowball fast in later stages.
