The Legend of the Mystical Ninja

The game alternates between overhead town areas and side-scrolling stages. In towns, players talk to NPCs, buy items, recover health, and gather clues; in action stages, they use attacks, jumps, and items to clear enemies and traps. Progression includes money management, equipment upgrades, and boss fights, plus occasional vehicle segments, mini-games, and exploration-based route choices.

Stock up on healing items and useful equipment in town before heading into longer stages. In boss battles, watch for attack tells, keep moving, and punish openings after enemy patterns finish. Talk to NPCs often, since important hints and route information are frequently hidden in dialogue.
