IronSword: Wizards & Warriors II

The game plays as a side-scrolling action adventure. Kuros runs, jumps, and attacks through castles, caves, and outdoor stages while avoiding traps and fighting monsters. Gold and items can be collected to restore health, improve equipment, or access shop-like areas. Certain sections include transformation mechanics that grant special abilities for movement or combat. Progress is typically checkpoint-based, and death returns the player to a prior checkpoint or the start of the stage.

Malkil

The evil wizard and the main antagonist of the series and this game.

Learn enemy attack patterns first; many hits come from poor jumps and tight platform sections rather than direct duels. Collect gold and supplies whenever possible, and use shop or exchange points to secure healing and important gear. Against flying enemies and ranged magic, stop and attack from a safe position instead of rushing forward. Transformation states usually solve specific stage obstacles, so backtrack if a path seems impossible.
