Firepower 2000

Players control a combat vehicle in a top-down perspective, moving through forests, military bases, rivers, and other battlefield stages. Each stage mixes waves of infantry, turrets, armored units, and large bosses. Movement, firing, and collecting power-ups are central to survival, while the different vehicle styles change handling and offensive options. Progress is stage-based, with retries typically returning you to the current stage or checkpoint.

Keep moving to avoid crossfire and learn where enemies spawn from the edges of the screen. In co-op, split roles so one player can draw attention while the other handles flanks and priority targets. Grab power-ups quickly, since maintaining weapon strength makes boss fights much easier. Against large armored enemies, back off and attack from safer angles instead of staying point-blank.

Tips and tricks

• Learning enemy spawn points makes each stage much more manageable.
• Preserving your upgraded weapon is often more important than taking risky shots.
