The game uses a vertical, layered mountain structure. Each stage consists of multiple ice floors that must be climbed by jumping and breaking blocks with a mallet. Players must manage enemies such as birds, seals, and falling hazards while creating footholds to reach the top. Reaching the summit within the time limit clears the mountain and advances to the next stage. In two-player mode, coordination matters as much as individual movement, since players can help or hinder each other.
